The Sheriff’s west dispatch is the coast’s feed — the Sheriff polices the Rincon coast, the unincorporated shore and Channel Islands Harbor. Ventura and Oxnard have their own police departments and neither is on a feed; Port Hueneme’s is. The rest is the county fire department and the CHP’s coastal division. Start with the Sheriff’s west dispatch.
