No public scanner feed covers this stretch of coast. Broadcastify lists nothing for South Padre Island, Port Isabel, Laguna Vista or Port Mansfield, and nothing for either county’s sheriff or the Coast Guard; the only feeds in Cameron and Willacy counties are inland volunteer fire departments.
Run by volunteers, not by any agency. They play an ad first, run a minute or so behind the radio, and can go quiet without notice; Broadcastify’s page for each one shows whether it is on. Not a way to get help: call 911.
