Reading the sources…
North Cove, Pacific County, Washington. Its own tide, water, and roads come first, and every reading is dated and linked back to whoever published it. The Coast Guard publishes no report for the Willapa Bay entrance.

Public-safety radio from Pacific County that somebody is streaming online, with what the feed actually carries.
One feed, and it is the north end of the county. It says it carries the sheriff’s north county channel and Raymond police. Nothing streamed that we can find is dispatch for Ilwaco, Long Beach, the peninsula or the fire districts. What the feed carries is its own listing on Broadcastify, not something this page has checked against the radio.
Run by volunteers, not by any agency. It plays an ad first, runs a minute or so behind the radio, and can go quiet without notice; Broadcastify’s page shows whether it is on. Not a way to get help: call 911.
